This summer, Brasserie Posthuis opened its doors in the historic town of Groenlo<\/strong>, near the German border. We\u2019re building something new: a fresh kitchen inspired by the flavours of Rome, Vienna and Paris<\/strong>, with room for your ideas.<\/p>

    What you\u2019ll be doing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Preparing both lunch and dinner dishes according to our menu standards (classics with a European twist)<\/li>
    • Following recipes as well as preparing mise en place efficiently and on time<\/li>
    • Ensuring consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portioning \u2013 even during busy hours<\/li>
    • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised according to HACCP guidelines<\/li>
    • Managing kitchen stock and placing orders when necessary<\/li>
    • Supporting and instructing kitchen assistants and trainees<\/li>
    • Participating in kitchen meetings and contributing ideas for new dishes<\/li>
    • Taking responsibility for smooth kitchen operations when the head chef is not present<\/li>
